Business Systems Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Systems Engineering Analyst to support its Sales team.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Sales and Operations teams to gather requirements and develop scalable solutions for the Salesforce platform
• Analyze business requirements and document process flows and solution designs
• Work with technology solutions supporting sales processes, including CPQ and account routing

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in business analysis and solution design
• At least 3 years of experience with Salesforce.com, particularly Sales Cloud
• Experience with technology solutions that support sales processes
• Knowledge of prototyping solutions in Salesforce
• Proactive approach with ownership of projects from start to completion
