Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Systems Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

Perform hands-on configuration of enterprise software, including custom objects, workflows, and automated alerts
Lead discovery sessions with stakeholders to document business requirements and translate them into technical specifications
Identify bottlenecks in workflows and design automated solutions to improve operational efficiency

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field
3-5 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or System Administrator, focused on platform configuration
Proven expertise in configuring SaaS platforms, with knowledge of specific tools like Salesforce or NetSuite
Strong understanding of relational databases and data modeling
Familiarity with SCRUM and Agile methodologies
