Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Systems Analyst Configuration.

Key Responsibilities

Lead requirements-gathering sessions to understand operational needs in Public Works and Utilities
Translate legacy processes into optimized workflows within the Asset Management platform
Produce detailed process maps and documentation for asset lifecycles and data migration

Required Qualifications

5 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst, preferably in EAM, CMMS, or GIS implementations
Strong domain knowledge in Utilities, Public Works, or Facilities Management
Proficiency in SQL for data validation and experience with data migration tools
Expertise in workflow modeling tools such as Lucidchart or Visio
Experience working in an Agile/Scrum framework
