Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Lead the elicitation, analysis, and documentation of business requirements
Analyze business needs to identify new processes and improvement opportunities
Provide third level production support, troubleshooting and resolving complex system issues

Qualifications & Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience)
Experience supporting the full lifecycle of web-based applications
Typically 2-6 years of relevant business or systems analysis experience
5+ years of business or systems analysis experience preferred
Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies and processes
