Business Systems Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Systems Analyst to support a federal directorate in the National Capital Region.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide project/program management support, including problem identification and requirements analysis
• Support end users through remote sessions and maintain training documentation
• Develop and maintain program and project plans, artifacts, and facilitate Integrated Product Teams

Required Qualifications

• 3 to 10 years of experience with a bachelor's or master's degree in business, management, engineering, finance, or information management preferred
• Experience in operations research systems analysis or related field preferred
• Familiarity with decision analysis methods and previous work with CBP and/or USBP is a plus
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and understanding of financial principles helpful
• Must be a U.S. citizen eligible for a government security clearance
