Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Systems Analyst to support the execution and optimization of CRM and revenue operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute day-to-day operational support for CRM and related revenue systems
• Coordinate testing and rollout support for system enhancements with cross-functional teams
• Document system workflows and maintain clean, reliable system data for reporting needs

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; coursework in business or related field preferred
• 0-3 years of relevant experience in business systems support or operations
• Foundational understanding of CRM and order management systems
• Familiarity with digital media and advertising technology is a plus
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint
