Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Systems Analyst to join their technology team.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and IT/Development teams, focusing on eCommerce capabilities
• Conduct analysis of current business processes and manage requirements for new features and system enhancements
• Identify system requirements for international market expansion and ensure compliance with regulations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst, preferably in retail or technology
• 3+ years of experience with major B2C or B2B eCommerce platforms
• Experience with systems implementation for international business expansion
• Understanding of the full software development lifecycle and Agile methodologies
