Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Systems Analyst to support their Bill Pay business by analyzing payment processes and implementing solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct biller research and document findings for payment process flows and requirements
• Analyze existing systems to identify inefficiencies and propose improvements
• Support testing and troubleshooting of the Bill Pay platform, ensuring system integrity

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• 3-5 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst in financial services or payments
• Experience in gathering and documenting business requirements for software applications
• Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps)
