Job Summary

Business Systems Analyst 3, a full-time remote position, is responsible for delivering finance systems support, managing service requests, and contributing to system enhancements and compliance efforts.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze issues and drive resolutions for finance systems support
• Manage Workday-related activities to support accurate financial close processes
• Collaborate with stakeholders to design and enhance financial operations configurations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and four years of relevant experience or equivalent education and experience
• Proven experience with systems and business process analysis
• Working knowledge of Workday ERP concepts and financial operations
• Experience in a higher education or similarly regulated environment is preferred
• Experience supporting audits, regulatory reporting, or financial controls
