Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Systems Analyst - Journeyman.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day support for the eFLIPL application, assisting users with access and issue resolution
• Track and manage eFLIPL-related tasks, ensuring timely resolution and documentation
• Maintain documentation repositories and support administrative functions across the Application Services Division

Required Qualifications

• Active DoD Secret clearance
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 7+ years of experience in program, administrative, or operational support within Army, DoD, or Federal environments
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, and tasker management tools
• Ability to handle sensitive and time-critical information professionally
