A company is looking for a Business Systems Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Documents client requirements and maintains shareholder recordkeeping system
• Troubleshoots and resolves system issues while running periodic batch and reporting jobs
• Acts as a point of contact for internal teams and external customers regarding services and systems functions

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, information technology, or related field
• 0-3 years of mutual fund industry experience
• Knowledge of shareholder recordkeeping systems and reporting processes
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat
