Business Systems Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Specialist IS Business Systems Analyst.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end business analysis for complex initiatives, from discovery through delivery
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define business needs and translate them into actionable requirements
• Support testing, go-live readiness, and hypercare while identifying risks and driving continuous improvement

Required Qualifications:

• Doctorate degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, IT, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in business analysis and functional solution design
• 3+ years of experience working with CRM platforms, preferably Salesforce
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Customer Data Platforms and data mapping
• Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, and Design Thinking principles
