Business Systems Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Systems Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide Tier II technical support and resolve production support tickets
• Analyze application enhancements and make formal recommendations
• Participate in quality assurance testing and maintain system performance

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Business, or related field
• Three years of experience in defining, analyzing, and crafting user stories and acceptance criteria
• Three years of experience in an IT environment utilizing SDLC methodologies
• Experience with Front-Office systems, including CRM and Agile tools
• One year of project management and testing experience; experience with Wireframe and MS Visio is required
