Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Systems Analyst - Dental Application Support.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day production support for Dental applications, troubleshooting and resolving system issues
• Collaborate with IS, vendors, and business users to ensure timely resolution of system incidents
• Document recurring system issues and implement long-term resolutions while providing training to end-users

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• 2-3 years of experience with the Skygen Enterprise application and other Group Dental systems
• Experience in Dental or Insurance Claims/Service handling
• Ability to organize and deliver tasks and projects in a timely manner
• Experience in business analysis, project management, or similar roles is preferred
• Must be located in the United States or Puerto Rico with access to high-speed internet
