Business Systems Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Systems Facets Analyst to perform analysis and support business initiatives related to the Facets database and applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform analysis and interpretation to align business needs with objectives
• Support business initiatives through data analysis, implementation, and user acceptance testing
• Train new resources and mentor team members in configuration processes

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of Facets Configuration experience
• 3+ years of business process analysis experience, preferably in healthcare
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Applications, including Excel and SQL
• Experience with structured testing and inventory management systems
• Knowledge of managed care information systems and claims processes
