Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Systems Analyst to serve as a strategic liaison between Business Operations, Cybersecurity, and Information Technology.

Key Responsibilities

• Document and translate business needs into actionable functional and nonfunctional requirements
• Support solution design to ensure alignment with organizational goals, security standards, and compliance obligations
• Facilitate ministry activities and contribute to the organization's mission

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in Information Technology or equivalent educational experience
• Experience with project requirements definition and management systems methodologies
• Proficient in Business Process Modeling practices and techniques
• Knowledge of SQL and BI concepts
• Experience with the introduction of new technologies in an unstructured environment
