Business Systems Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Unit Systems Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end user story creation and ensure story readiness for production releases
• Lead backlog refinement and align stakeholders prior to sprint commitment
• Provide Tier 2 production support and resolve incidents related to requirements or configuration gaps

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Business Systems Analysis or Technical BSA roles within Agile delivery environments
• Demonstrated expertise in owning user stories and defining clear acceptance criteria
• Proven experience supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and release readiness processes
• Hands-on experience with configuration-driven systems, including mappings and feature flags
• Advanced proficiency in Azure DevOps for backlog management and traceability
