Business Systems Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Systems Analyst (Remote Eligible).

Key Responsibilities

• Manage software testing, analyze results, and recommend changes
• Analyze application systems and maintain development and production environments
• Facilitate discovery sessions to document workflows and identify process improvement opportunities

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and 2 years of relevant experience, or equivalent experience
• Experience in functional requirements gathering and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
• Experience configuring and managing low-code/no-code platforms or enterprise systems
• Experience facilitating discovery sessions and documenting business processes
• Ability to develop technical documentation related to IT standards and procedures
