Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Systems Analyst to bridge technical capabilities and business needs in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary bridge between technical capabilities and business needs, designing integrated technology solutions
• Lead the design and implementation of cross-functional systems integration projects to optimize workflows
• Utilize advanced analytics to identify improvement opportunities and modernize legacy functions into high-performing systems

Required Qualifications

• High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of experience, or an Associate's/Bachelor's degree, or 4 years of applicable experience
• Proficiency in Python for analytics or data science, along with SQL/T-SQL, SSIS/SSRS
• Knowledge or experience with major Cloud platforms (GCP, Azure, or AWS)
• Proven ability to visualize insights using BI tools like Looker or Tableau
• 2+ years of relevant experience preferred
