Job Summary

A company is looking for an Expert Business Systems Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead project teams to select and modify approaches that meet initiative needs while obtaining stakeholder buy-in
• Manage stakeholder relationships and expectations, ensuring engagement and proactive collaboration toward project goals
• Establish metrics to assess the quality of business analysis work and identify opportunities for improvement

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience
• High-level knowledge of data quality, database concepts, and analysis
• Experience with data analysis using SQL, Python, or R, and familiarity with Big Data environments
• Understanding of industry standards and methodologies such as ISO, CMMI, or LEAN
