Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Systems Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Elicit, analyze, document, and validate business requirements for system enhancements and new solutions
• Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure alignment on objectives
• Support system testing efforts, including test planning, test case creation, and defect tracking

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a closely related field
• 3-5 years of experience for Business Systems Analyst or 5+ years for Senior Business Systems Analyst
• Experience gathering and documenting business and functional requirements
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Windows and Office Suite required
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
