Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Systems Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a liaison between business and technology groups, identifying and documenting complex systems requirements
• Guide and mentor teams in defining gaps between existing tools and new system configurations
• Facilitate meetings and manage requirements gathering activities to enhance business operations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or higher in Information Technology, business discipline, or related field
• Minimum of 4 years of related work experience in requirements gathering or systems experience
• Completion of a technical training program may substitute for degree requirements with equivalent experience
• In lieu of a degree, a minimum of 6 years of related work experience is acceptable
