Business Systems Analyst

Job Summary

To support high-quality insurance and accounting solutions, the full-time salaried Business Systems Analyst will manage the end-to-end requirements definition process, partner with stakeholders to prioritize needs, and collaborate with development teams to ensure alignment across platforms, with remote work options available.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end requirements definition process for complex initiatives, ensuring clarity and alignment across teams
• Partner with business stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and prioritize requirements based on value and strategic alignment
• Lead UAT and system testing activities, including test planning, execution, and defect management

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in IT business analysis or systems analysis, preferably in the insurance domain
• Experience with one or more insurance lines such as Commercial P&C or Cyber
• Proven ability to bridge business and technical teams through effective communication
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, business, or a related field
• Current authorization to work in the U.S. without employer sponsorship
