Job Summary

Supporting the Oracle conversion project, the full-time remote Business Systems Analyst III will create and maintain finance-facing reporting, develop training materials, and document standardized procedures for Inventory Accounting and Accounts Payable processes.

Key responsibilities
  • Develop SOPs, quick-reference guides, and training decks for Oracle process changes affecting inventory and accounts payable
  • Produce communications summarizing changes and user impacts, including documentation of workarounds
  • Build and maintain reporting views and trackers to support finance/accounting stakeholders during project readiness and cutover phases
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or equivalent experience
  • 37 years of experience in accounting operations, finance process documentation, or ERP enablement roles
  • Proven experience in translating functional requirements into business-ready documentation
  • Hands-on knowledge of Oracle Fusion Financials and familiarity with Inventory and AP accounting
  • Experience in developing SOPs and training materials for a business audience
