Business Systems Analyst

Job Summary

Delivering strategic insights into business systems, the full-time remote Business Systems Analyst III will conduct complex analysis, reporting, and operational activities while serving as a technical expert on system usage and performance.

Key responsibilities

• Source, compile, and interpret data for accuracy and efficiencies, effectively communicating analysis output
• Determine system requirements and communicate through specifications, reports, and project plans while ensuring compliance through testing and analysis
• Produce advanced reporting based on data analysis and user input, identifying patterns and areas for process improvement

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and 4 years of experience in Systems Support, Analytics, or Operations Support OR
• High School Diploma or GED and 8 years of experience in Systems Support, Analytics, or Operations Support
