Job Summary

Supporting healthcare clients, the contracted Business Systems Analyst will enhance Treasury Management solutions by aligning revenue cycle, cash management, and payment processing needs with banking technology platforms while working in Pittsburgh, PA.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a liaison between healthcare clients, product teams, operations, and technology partners
• Gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements for treasury management solutions
• Translate healthcare revenue cycle workflows into functional and technical specifications and support implementation of treasury solutions

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Finance, Healthcare Administration, or related field
• 5+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst, preferably in banking, payments, or healthcare technology
• Strong knowledge of Treasury Management and cash management products
• Experience supporting healthcare revenue cycle, billing, or financial operations
• Proficiency in requirements gathering and documentation methodologies
