Business Systems Analyst

Job Summary

Collaborating with various divisions and leadership levels, the full-time Business Systems Analyst will manage planning and execution throughout the Engineering and R&D lifecycles, focusing on gathering product requirements and ensuring customer satisfaction in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute product and customer requirements, collaborating with Developers, Sales, Product, and Support teams
• Deliver functional specifications and business requirements, running beta and pilot programs while acting as a domain expert
• Assist report development teams and participate in planning activities to translate user personas into technical specifications

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Informatics, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years' experience partnering with internal and external customers
• 1 year of experience as an Agile Product Owner (preferred)
• Previous experience with JIRA (strongly preferred)
• Proven ability to work closely with report development teams to ensure technical requirements are satisfied
