Job Summary

Supporting and enhancing Treasury Management solutions for healthcare clients, the contracted Business Systems Analyst will serve as a liaison between stakeholders, gather and document requirements, and ensure compliance with banking regulations in a mid-level role based in Pittsburgh, PA.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary liaison between healthcare clients, product teams, and technology partners
  • Gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements for various treasury management solutions
  • Translate healthcare revenue cycle workflows into functional and technical specifications while supporting implementation and optimization of treasury solutions
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Finance, Healthcare Administration, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst, preferably in banking, payments, or healthcare technology
  • Strong knowledge of Treasury Management and cash management products
  • Experience supporting healthcare revenue cycle, billing, or financial operations
  • Working knowledge of payment systems, file formats, and transaction processing
