Business Systems Analyst

Job Summary

To enhance technological capabilities within business products, the full-time Business Systems Analyst will collect and translate business requirements into documentation, manage deal administration, and drive efficiencies through technology upgrades while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Research and assess business technology needs to recommend improvements and maximize capabilities
• Create and maintain web interfaces and dashboard designs while conducting User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
• Provide internal technology support and deal administration, troubleshooting issues as they arise

Required qualifications

• 6+ years of related experience
• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• Intermediate knowledge of general banking operations and applicable regulatory compliance
• Intermediate to advanced experience in application testing and MS Excel skills
• Intermediate speaking and writing communication skills
