Business Systems Analyst

Job Summary

Leading the enhancement of business operations, the full-time remote Business Systems Analyst will gather requirements, develop process improvements, and manage system-related support while ensuring compliance with development standards.

Key responsibilities

• Evaluate and recommend business process improvements, creating detailed workflow diagrams and project plans
• Conduct needs assessments and propose systems solutions by collaborating with senior leaders and researching technology options
• Manage system upgrades and support tickets, ensuring timely resolution of issues and compliance with development methodologies

Required qualifications

• Extensive back-end experience with Yardi
• College degree in Information Systems or a related field, or equivalent experience
• Proficiency in SQL database management and various computer programming platforms
• General understanding of the real estate industry, particularly multi-family housing
• Ability to prepare and explain financial data to various stakeholders
