Business Systems Analyst

Job Summary

To support critical business initiatives, the full-time remote Business Systems Analyst will assist in reviewing and modifying business requirements for databases and system applications, working closely with technical teams to test solutions and implement necessary changes.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in analyzing complex business problems to develop automated solutions
• Support development teams by addressing functionality questions and resolving issues
• Evaluate user requests for new automated solutions and verify program logic through testing

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or related field, or equivalent work experience
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in the travel technology industry
• At least 1 year of proven experience in development analysis
• Working knowledge of GDS functionality (Amadeus, Sabre, Travelport) is preferred
• Experience with SQL and project management methodologies such as AGILE is a plus
