Business Systems Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting the Virtual Care Portfolio team, the remote contract Business Systems Analyst will analyze user requirements, improve existing systems, and facilitate data-driven decision-making while collaborating with stakeholders and managing project tracking and reporting dashboards.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders and domain owners
• Complete and maintain initial scoping artifacts and manage idea records through the demand lifecycle
• Extract data from ServiceNow and maintain reporting dashboards in Smartsheet and Google Sheets

Required Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree is required
• 5+ years of experience in clinical systems analysis or a related role
• Experience with ServiceNow, including data extraction and management
• Proficiency in Google Suite, particularly advanced functions in Google Sheets
• A clear understanding of healthcare applications and terminology is required
