Business Systems Analyst

Job Summary

Seeking a detail-oriented Business Systems Analyst with expertise in Werum PAS-X to update SOPs and documentation for a system upgrade, working full-time onsite in Thousand Oaks, CA, or remotely within the PST time zone.

Key responsibilities

• Review and update existing SOPs to align with the PAS-X upgrade, including refreshing screenshots and procedural steps
• Manage the routing of updated documents through Veeva and oversee document workflow progression
• Collaborate with validation and project resources to ensure documentation aligns with the upgraded system and execution approach

Required qualifications

• Strong background as a business systems analyst or documentation analyst in regulated life sciences environments
• Experience in updating SOPs and controlled documents related to system changes or upgrades
• Hands-on experience with Veeva document workflows
• Prior exposure to Werum/Korber/PAS-X systems
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
