Job Summary

Working remotely, the full-time Business Systems Analyst will serve as a subject matter expert on Content and Template management systems, translating business needs into product requirements while collaborating with technical teams to enhance software platforms in a healthcare environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assess content management needs and advise on system capabilities, fostering understanding among business and technical teams
• Create and manage templates, guiding end users on structure and tagging for consistency
• Produce deliverables like flow diagrams and prototypes to facilitate feedback and ensure requirements are met

Required qualifications

• BS or higher in a related major or equivalent industry experience
• 2+ years of direct experience with software product management
• Experience with Content Management and Content Repositories
• Experience with third-party software integration
• Experience in creating commercial software product requirements
