Business Systems Analyst

Job Summary

Working remotely, the full-time Business Systems Analyst will own, administer, and optimize finance and business systems, ensuring effective operation and integration across finance, procurement, legal, and manufacturing processes.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary system owner for finance and manufacturing business systems, including Coupa and Microsoft Business Central
• Perform hands-on system administration, managing user access, roles, permissions, and configuration
• Gather and translate business requirements into system configurations and process improvements

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, or similar role supporting enterprise business systems
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial processes
• Experience with ERP systems, preferably Microsoft Business Central
• Hands-on experience supporting system integrations and end-to-end data flows across multiple enterprise applications
