Business Systems Analyst

Job Summary

Owning and optimizing finance and manufacturing systems, the full-time remote Business Systems Analyst will manage system administration, enhance business processes, and ensure effective integrations across platforms such as Coupa and Microsoft Business Central.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary system owner for finance and manufacturing business systems, ensuring effective operation and integration
• Perform hands-on system administration, including user access, configuration, and master data management
• Gather and translate business requirements into system configurations and process improvements

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Systems Analyst supporting enterprise business systems
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial processes
• Experience with ERP systems, preferably Microsoft Business Central
• Hands-on experience supporting system integrations and end-to-end data flows across multiple enterprise applications
