Business Systems Analyst

Job Summary

Driving innovation and operational readiness, the full-time Business Systems Analyst will manage user story development, user acceptance testing, and release readiness in a remote environment, ensuring the scalability and reliability of digital platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Own end-to-end user story creation and backlog refinement for features defined by Product Management
• Lead user acceptance testing and operational readiness for production releases, collaborating with cross-functional teams
• Provide Tier 2 production support, resolving incidents and ensuring system stability and readiness

Required qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Business Systems Analysis or Technical BSA roles within Agile environments
• Demonstrated expertise in user story ownership and defining clear acceptance criteria
• Proven experience supporting user acceptance testing and release readiness processes
• Advanced proficiency in Azure DevOps for backlog management and traceability
• Hands-on experience with configuration-driven systems, including mappings and feature flags
