Business Systems Analyst

Job Summary

To support business efficiency and cost control, the full-time remote Business Systems Analyst will analyze workflows, recommend solutions, and define project objectives while collaborating with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze business areas to define workflows and identify needs for improvements
• Review and compare processes against best practices to recommend enhancements
• Generate functional requirements and participate in business process engineering projects

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, process improvement, or related field, or equivalent experience
• Three (3) years of experience in business analysis or process improvement
• Experience with relational database SQL language
• Familiarity with financial transactions, PO systems, and journal entries
• US Citizenship is required
