Business Systems Analyst

Job Summary

To enhance the PMWeb project management platform, the full-time Business Systems Analyst will formulate system scopes, respond to stakeholder inquiries, and troubleshoot user issues while collaborating with technical teams in a remote or onsite capacity across various US locations.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to stakeholder inquiries and support end-user applications while documenting system enhancements
• Troubleshoot user issues related to PMWeb and collaborate with technical teams to address system-level problems
• Conduct training sessions and support onboarding of new users, ensuring effective use of the PMWeb system

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred or a combination of relevant experience and education
• Experience with PMWeb and Jira is required
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Organizational skills with a strong inquisitive mindset
• Up to 3 years of relevant experience in a similar role
