Business Systems Analyst

Job Summary

To enhance CRM system capabilities, the full-time Business Systems Analyst will focus on system design, validation, and training while working remotely in the medical device industry.

Key responsibilities

• Manage CRM system design, validation, and change management processes
• Oversee stakeholder management using IT ticketing systems for issue resolution
• Drive continuous improvement of CRM, eCommerce, and portal systems in a regulated environment

Required qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in the Medical Device industry or medical field
• Experience with CRM system design and administration, preferably Salesforce
• Familiarity with eCommerce platforms, such as Salesforce Commerce Cloud
• Knowledge of IT ticketing systems for managing system issues and requests
• Experience in change management and user training for CRM systems
