Business Systems Analyst

Job Summary

To support the company's technological needs, the full-time remote Business Systems Analyst will assist in reviewing and modifying business requirements, work closely with technical teams to test solutions, and implement necessary changes while addressing complex business problems with automated solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in planning and conducting analysis of complex business problems to be solved with automated solutions
• Support development staff by addressing functionality questions and resolving issues
• Evaluate user requests for new automated solutions to determine feasibility and compatibility with existing systems

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or related field, or equivalent work experience
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in the travel technology industry
• At least 1 year of proven experience in development analysis
• Familiarity with Jira or similar project management platforms
• Working knowledge of Sabre and understanding of travel technology workflows is preferred
