Business Systems Analyst

Job Summary

Providing support and basic consultation to users, the full-time Associate Analyst Business Systems will analyze business problems, assist in developing system specifications, and facilitate implementation activities in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities:

• Analyze business problems and assist in designing automated systems
• Document functional specifications and assist in the implementation and configuration of systems
• Develop reports and dashboards while ensuring data quality and system integrity

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree
• Previous experience providing direct user support or client interactions
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel
• At least 1 year of experience in data, business, and/or systems analysis
• Experience with structured querying language (SQL) is preferred
