Business Systems Analyst

Job Summary

Providing support and consultation to users in automated systems, the full-time remote Associate Analyst Business Systems will analyze business problems, assist in developing specifications, and support system implementation and configuration activities.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze business problems and assist with designing automated systems
• Document functional specifications and assist in quality assurance and testing strategies
• Develop reports and dashboards while creating and delivering training materials to new employees

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• Previous experience providing direct user support or client interactions
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel
• At least 1 year of experience as a data, business, and/or systems analyst
• Experience with structured querying language (SQL) and relational database schemas
