Business Systems Analyst

Job Summary

Focusing on the Workday Student ecosystem, the full-time Business Systems Analyst II will analyze, configure, and support financial operations related to student services, while working in a hybrid environment that includes both remote and on-campus duties.

Key responsibilities:

• Assist with the collection, analysis, testing, and documentation of data to support student business operations and configuration
• Perform the configuration of Workday to ensure stakeholder success across various units
• Resolve or escalate support tickets as needed and execute continuous improvement efforts for policies and procedures

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree and 2 years of related experience
• Relevant professional certificate preferred
• Experience in student information system implementation or support, preferably Workday Student
• Experience with business systems analysis or related work, such as software development or solution design
• Previous experience in a Financial Aid, Registrar's, or Bursar's office
