Business Systems Analyst

Job Summary

To enhance Treasury Management solutions for healthcare clients, the contracted Business Systems Analyst will serve as a liaison between clients and technology partners, gathering and documenting requirements while ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements for treasury management solutions
• Translate healthcare revenue cycle workflows into functional and technical specifications while supporting implementation and optimization of treasury solutions
• Lead requirements walkthroughs and develop documentation, ensuring solutions comply with banking regulations and healthcare standards

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Finance, Healthcare Administration, or related field
• 5+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst, preferably in banking, payments, or healthcare technology
• Strong knowledge of Treasury Management and cash management products
• Experience supporting healthcare revenue cycle, billing, or financial operations
• Working knowledge of payment systems, file formats, and transaction processing
