Business Systems Analyst

Job Summary

Working remotely, the full-time Business Systems Analyst will partner with business stakeholders to elicit and document business and data requirements, translate these needs into functional specifications, and serve as a liaison between business partners and technical teams.

Key responsibilities:

• Partner with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business and data requirements across multiple Scrum teams
• Translate business needs into detailed functional requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
• Perform data analysis and validation while maintaining high-quality documentation of requirements and processes

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree
• 3+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or similar role in Agile/Scrum environments
• 3+ years of experience in gathering and managing business and functional requirements
• 3+ years of experience with data analysis and reporting using SQL, including data validation and mapping
• 3+ years of experience in translating business needs into user stories and functional specifications
