Business Systems Analyst

Job Summary

Working remotely on a contract basis, the full-time Business Systems Analyst will facilitate complex projects from proposal through post-implementation, ensuring functional design accuracy and serving as a subject matter expert on assigned systems.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate project meetings and document requirements, ensuring alignment between business needs and technology solutions
• Prepare functional specifications, test plans, and manage the execution of test cases for assigned projects
• Coordinate and manage post-implementation activities, including feedback collection and issue resolution

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• Minimum 6 years of experience in operational/business analytics
• Minimum 6 years of experience in retail credit card processing, including account lifecycle and transactions
• Familiarity with application development software and hardware platforms
• Experience with API integrations
