Business Systems Analyst

Job Summary

Collaborating with stakeholders to enhance product offerings, the full-time Business Systems Analyst will analyze, document, and translate business needs into actionable requirements while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with product management, users, and cross-functional teams to articulate business needs
• Document business and product requirements, converting them into functional and non-functional specifications
• Participate in requirements gathering sessions and assist in creating user stories and process flow diagrams

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in business analysis or a related field
• BS preferred in a relevant field, or equivalent professional experience
• Strong understanding of software development methodologies, including Agile and Scrum
• Proficiency in industry-specific software and tools such as Salesforce, SQL, JIRA, or Confluence
• Experience in requirements discovery and elicitation, ensuring clarity and completeness
