Business Systems Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting a key federal client engagement, the full-time Business Systems Analyst will collaborate with stakeholders to capture requirements, design new system modules, and develop reports while working closely with a fellow developer in a dynamic environment.

Key responsibilities

• Meet regularly with client stakeholders to capture requirements and troubleshoot issues
• Design and develop new system modules and enhancements within the Power Platform
• Build and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards to deliver actionable insights

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 4+ years of experience in a business analyst, systems analyst, or Power Platform development role
• Proficiency in Microsoft Dataverse, Power Apps, Power Automate, and SharePoint
• Experience with Power BI Report Builder, including building and maintaining reports and dashboards
• Working knowledge of SQL and experience with Jira and Kanban methodologies
• Strong consulting and client-facing skills with the ability to communicate effectively with non-technical stakeholders
