Business Systems Analyst

Job Summary

To shape and drive technology direction across teams and initiatives, the full-time remote Business Systems Analyst IV will act as a liaison, ensuring alignment between business strategy and technology execution while facilitating collaboration and communication among various stakeholders.

Key responsibilities:

• Articulate future-state technology vision and guide high-impact decisions across the organization
• Facilitate meetings and workshops with stakeholders to ensure alignment with business priorities and regulatory expectations
• Analyze emerging technologies and translate technical concepts into business outcomes for effective decision-making

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Information Systems, Business Administration, Finance, or equivalent experience
• 10+ years of business analysis experience in technology, product, data, platform, or engineering
• Strong understanding of modern technology ecosystems, including cloud and data platforms
• 5+ years of experience in mapping business processes
• Excellent understanding of Agile/Lean methodologies
